Lovely comfortable cottage. Village pub and shop within walking distance. Area around the village very good. Places of interest, Beer, Seeton, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth. The monkey sanctuary well worth a visit. The holiday could not have been better.

I would recommend this cottage because it is in a lovely village just outside Sidmouth. Close to shops, beaches, places of interest and of course network connections.

Topaz Cottage was a lovely location for our holiday. The location was quiet and tranquil, whilst also being within easy travelling distance of the coast and the local tourist attractions. An excellent cottage in a good location.

If you want to get away from it all to a place that has not changed from the picture postcard of 100 years ago then Topaz Cottage is for you. Sidmouth is 10 minutes away, and Beer, Salcombe, Plymouth and Exeter is a short drive away. Hire a sports car for the weekend as the roads are fab to drive around!
